The 134 was beating on the 20 and eventually took the 20 out and he hit the inside wall which bent the whole front clip and pretty much ruined the whole car.

Something needs to be done about dirty driving, they let them take people out and beat and bang and tear up equipment, nothing was done so the driver took action.

They could of atleist sent the 134 to the tail or something. Well since you can't get penalized for rough driving let's all just go take everyone out just like a demo and tear up our equiptment, because thats what already happening. Maybe it would settle down if something was done?

I hate to hear that about the car. That 20 bunch is about as unlucky as it gets. They take that car home torn up every race.

Re: What was the deal with the 20 and the 134?

First off let me say I am a local racer at nashville and have never dirty drove anyone what happend between me and the
20 was I followed him for 4or5 laps and he would let off early going into the turns maybe it was the gear rule I don't
know but I bump him 1 time going down the backstraightaway and got under him a couple of times going into the
turns and he would come down and I would let off and hit the brakes his spotter should have told him car low but he
didn't. I was able to drive in a little harder the he was maybe because we had a lower gear but going into three he let
off early I ran in hard he came down and I could not stop this time I tried and almost wrecked my self.I would never
wreck someone on purpose I know how much work and money it takes to get these cars to the track. I ran with
everyone else and never got a scratch on the car. Had fun for my first race with you guys maybe see you at bristol

Hey all, the 20 car was very good at the beginning of the weekend, impressive in fact. the 134 was fast too but the corners were a problem for him. It was one of those racing things guys, patience runs thin after following someone for awhile and there you go. How would you have liked to be the 70 car in fifth and get taken out with 5 to go... thats racin guys. sometimes your the windshield and sometimes your the bug. I know its easy for me to say since I wasnt out there. Everyone will back to fight another day, let's get after it. Good effort all around!!!! Ron

Re: What was the deal with the 20 and the 134?

From what I've seen there are a bunch of good racers that run in the FKSSN. I appreciate and enjoy all the good clean racing. It's hard for our spotters to see all the way around these tracks so I try not to depend on the other drivers spotters to tell them if I only have a bumper under them, but rather I act like we don't have radios when I'm trying to pass and make sure I'm up far enough for the driver to know I'm there. Clint in the 91 has a killer motor and got under me going into 3, I didn't see him and came down, instead of spinning me he ended up going around. I hated that cause Clint is a class act and we race side by side on the track alot. In these momentum races sometimes it's hard to back out and lose any momentum but we have to. I had to several times that day.
